Everyone of the staff and volunteers greeted me in a friendly manner.
All appear interested in you.
Both health and general everyday things.

Care home, said service was amazing, staff great. On the first call to FCMS the hospice @ Home service was not explained fully and care home did not realize that H@H did not start till 9 pm.
